1. Service Description

Engagely is a social media engagement management tool that helps you manage comments and interactions across Instagram and YouTube. The service uses AI to generate reply suggestions which you review and approve before posting.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content posted through Engagely to your social media accounts, including AI-generated replies you approve.
  • You must provide your own Claude API key for AI features. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your API usage.
  • You must comply with Instagram's and YouTube's terms of service when using Engagely.

3. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated reply suggestions are drafts only. Engagely never posts to your social accounts without your explicit approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is posted.

4. Limitation of Liability

Engagely is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any consequences of content posted to your social media accounts, API rate limits, account restrictions, or platform policy violations.

5. Data Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your account and data by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
